Netcel developed extensible online services to RLAM with the added benefit of greatly reduced operating costs. The investment products and services offered by RLAM are now fully exhibited, providing a complete shop window to all of RLAM's offering. Meanwhile, existing customers can find the information they require to make investment decisions.
Results are already extremely positive with improved customer engagement and positive client feedback.

The result
Within weeks of going live, the RLAM site was recognised for best practice and the strength of its business values, with its inclusion in the short-list for the coveted EPiServer UK Awards 2010 (B2B category).
The RLAM site is the first of a number of website initiatives for the group of financial services companies that operate under the Royal London Group brand. More sites are scheduled to be revamped over the coming months.
