How we work

Abraham Lincoln once said: "If I had six hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend the first four hours sharpening the axe".

We don't chop down trees at Netcel, but we do understand the great man's sentiment - successful outcomes rely on smart planning upfront. And that's something Netcel is very good at.

We plan the experience architecture down to the fine detail, producing clickable wireframes of the site before building EPiServer CMS templates and writing application code. We adopt a user-centred design approach that focuses on usability and solution ROI.

Our project managers (all PRINCE2 qualified) apply either Agile or Waterfall methodologies - whichever is most appropriate for your solution.

As well as the ongoing ad-hoc discussions, your dedicated digital project manager will update you formally at agreed intervals. Back at Netcel HQ, they hold daily stand-up meetings to make sure that the project is on time, on budget and on quality.
