The objective
Diabetes UK required an EPiServer Premium Partner to upgrade its EPiServer website from version 4.62 to the latest release of version 5. The charity wanted an agency that could deliver seamless integration as well as ongoing support and development expertise at competitive rates.
The solution
Netcel performed a thorough audit of the Diabetes website to provide a realistic estimate for the migration work. We implemented the migration quickly using the EPiServer migration tool. We also updated the hosting infrastructure and recoded pages to ensure compatibility.

Netcel's careful judgement and experience, together with Diabetes UK's working knowledge ensured essential pre-existing bugs were quickly discovered and fixed. Rigorous user acceptance testing preceded the final release to the live production environment.
This project required a good understanding of all the intricacies of our entire and very large site, which Netcel got to grips with really well.
The result
We delivered a successful migration project, whilst continuing to serve the ongoing needs of Diabetes UK, who were also launching a major campaign 'Get Serious' at the same time. Diabetes UK are now moving forward with a revitalised, fully functioning EPiServer system.
They put a lot of effort into understanding the business logic and integration with back-end systems. We are pleased with the final result...
