A quality result for the Chartered Quality Institute: new website with full CRM integration

Netcel has further strengthened its reputation for delivering effective and engaging membership websites with their latest site launch for the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
This dynamic content managed website has been specifically designed to better engage and interact with CQI members, as well as effectively promoting the organisation to new members and information seekers. It aims to enhance the CQI’s reputation as the first port of call for all things quality, and to maintain and increase memberships, and generate revenue.
Developed using EPiServer CMS and ecommerce module EPiStore, the website has been fully integrated with CQI’s IRIS Integra CRM, and provides CQI with a flexible and future-proof website, that meets its current and future needs.
The site incorporates a high level of content personalisation and interactivity with members via its ‘My CQI’ area, providing forums and social networking opportunities. Online membership applications, magazine subscriptions and a fully integrated shop will follow shortly.
