Episerver have been acknowledged as a Leader in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management for the 5th year running. Highlighted as a visionary leader with strong momentum, the report praises Episerver's rapid time to value, ease of use, and simple pricing and scaling model for upper mid-market and enterprise organisations.

 

The annual Gartner report assesses the strengths and cautions of the 18 most important vendors for WCM to help digital, marketing and IT leaders select the most suitable WCM platform for their needs. Two core areas are measured: Ability to Execute which assesses areas such as product functionality and market responsiveness, and Completeness of Vision which covers aspects such as market understanding and innovation.

Commended for its mature cloud capability and personalisation competency, Episerver are one of the only vendors to see an improved position year-over-year, placing the leading digital experience platform as one of the top 4 vendors. While certain platforms have drifted backwards on vision due to poor customer experience and confusing subscription models, Gartner have ranked Episerver 3rd overall for Completeness of Vision and 4th overall for Ability to Execute. Now Episerver are closing the gap on Sitecore and Adobe and form a core component of an elite top four vendors, ever distancing themselves from the remaining 14 platforms assessed.
