Salary: £Competitive
Hours: Permanent, part time, Monday to Friday (25 hour working week, spread across 5 days)
Training: Ongoing training provided

Office Co-ordinator (part-time) 

Location: St Albans 

 

Job purpose 

This is a varied role, responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and providing key support to our leadership and management teams.   

This is a part time role working approx. 25 hours a week spread across 5 days.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Booking and arranging meetings with clients, prospective clients and business contacts 

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors 

  • Managing arrangements for internal meetings such as communications, refreshments and parking 

  • Booking travel arrangements for team members as required and within set budgets 

  • Answering switchboard calls 

  • Managing and submitting expenses 

  • Health and safety (ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and GDPR compliant) 

  • Management of office supplies and ordering new supplies when required 

  • Facilities and building management  

  • Organising various staff social events, including office-based staff perks  

  • Providing support organising marketing events 

  • Providing recruitment support  

  • Ad-hoc administrative support as required 

 

Required skills and experience 

 

  • Previous experience providing administrative and office support 

  • Excellent customer service skills  

  • Proactive and self-starter 

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills 

  • Proficient in MS Office  

  • Keen eye for detail
