Interim Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Interim Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department for a 6-month period, ideally starting mid-end of April.

Your Role

We are looking for an ambitious Interim Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department for a 6-month period, ideally starting mid-end of April.  

Reporting to our Commercial Director, your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing brand and marketing activities to attract our target audiences to engage with our comms; and managing nurture campaigns to advance audiences towards having direct conversations with our commercial team. 

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Management – Managing the marketing department including marketing plans, our marketing executive and marketing systems & tools. 
  • Brand - Managing the Netcel brand across all channels, internal and external. 
  • Content – Managing the creation of compelling stories and content that our audiences will benefit from engaging with. 
  • Events - Planning and managing events, both online and in-person, that strengthen relationships with our clients and prospective clients. 
  • Social & PR – Engaging with our audiences across digital platforms, social media and PR. 
  • Website – Communicating our proposition and stories in a compelling manner to engage our audiences. 
  • Communications – Using personalised comms to follow up with engaged prospective clients. 
  • Reporting – Sharing insights on our market, competitors and audiences. Reporting on monthly performance of the marketing department against the defined targets and OKRs. 

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Several years’ experience within a Digital Marketing Manager role (or similar) 
  • Experience within an agency or consultancy in the tech or digital product sectors 
  • Evidence of driving results from marketing activities 
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing approaches, tools and systems 
  • Experience in B2B marketing, targeting mid-market and enterprise companies 
  • A strong communicator both in writing and in person 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage marketing activities 
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
