Your role

We are looking for a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Operations Assistant to work alongside our Chief Operating Officer with various operational tasks including compliance monitoring and reporting, Corporate Social Responsibility tasks, and other general duties to support the directors. This role is varied, and you will have a chance to get stuck into some great projects. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the COO to develop ideas for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Maintaining our ISO certification including reporting and day-to-day management of tasks.
  • Responsibility for our CRM system including data cleansing, permissions auditing, and access levels.
  • Management of company processes and procedures including GDPR compliance & BMS documents
  • Onboarding and quarterly review of third-party suppliers
  • General admin activities including arranging meetings and support for the management and consultancy team
  • Providing support for client reporting
  • Assisting with internal initiatives and projects
  • Organising meetings and other admin tasks to support the Directors

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for Corporate Social Responsibility
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with GDPR legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A start to finish mentality. You like to see a task through from beginning to end
  • Strong and confident personality, with the ability to prioritize effectively
